Apartment Sienna

Apartment Sienna is a delightful home tastefully decorated, located in a closed complex in Praia da Rocha, walking distance to the beach.

This comfortable 2-bedroom apartment is located on the 4th floor and can be accessed by lift or stairs. The apartment is equiped with free Wifi and air conditioning throughout the property. The living / dining room is open plan, with large windows, satellite TV, a large and comfortable sofa for lounging and a dining table.

The living area is light and spacious and opens out onto the balcony, which has seating where you can sit and enjoy the afternoon sun. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with all appliances and utensils, such as dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric hob, microwave, iron and ironing board.

One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and the other bedroom furnished with single beds, both with fitted wardrobes. There are two bathrooms, one fitted with a bath and overhead shower and the other with a walk-in shower.

This property is 2 minutes’ walk from the beach. Set 400m from Algarve Casino, 1 km from Portimão Marina and 1 km from Museu de Portimão, Rocha Prime Residence features accommodation located in Portimão..

Vau Beach is only a short distance from the Apartment. The nearest airport is Faro Airport.

The apartment is ideal for family and friends, it has air conditioning and WIFI. All this together with its ideal location, in the centre of Praia da Rocha, close to several golf courses and beaches, makes it an ideal destination Apartment throughout the year.

Rocha Prime is an excellent development located on the first line of Praia da Rocha beach, which makes it unique in Praia da Rocha. The complex also has one of the best-rated locations in Portimão. Only a 1-minute walk, and offers many very good restaurants and bars. The picturesque sandstone cliffs nearby offer beautiful coastal walks & secluded sandy coves which link to the long sandy Praia da Rocha beach. There is some lively evening entertainment in the main street of Praia da Rocha.

Car hire is not necessary, however if you wish to hire a car we can assist you.


The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)

• Breakage Deposit Groups: €250 per person (payable by credit card only)

• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.

Prices up to 4 people.
The 5th to 7th person (2 adults + 1 Baby) pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed ( double Sofa-bed - only €77 each, per week) and in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

VAT included in the accommodation price.

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***

The changeover day for this property is Thursday.

Standard deposit: € 400 | Group deposit: €250 per person (payable by credit card only).

Please note that this property's standard occupancy is 4 people.
However, it is possible to accept 3 additional people (2 adults and 1 baby) who will be accommodated in a double sofa bed/cot.
