A couple minutes driving from the center of Albufeira, this house is located in Vale Navio, a quiet privileged area, excellent for either those who are looking for a nice place to rest or in the opposite side, for those who are looking for fun.

Starting on the best part of it, as soon as you step in, a wide and big yard with an amazing outdoor living space is ready for you. Here you can find sun loungers, umbrellas, an engraved stone barbeque that comes with a table that fits everyone. Still outside this giant pool awaits your summer dive. This pool comes with a heating option as an extra (enquire upon booking).

Getting inside on the ground floor you will find a service WC with sink, mirror and a small window and a full second WC with both bathtub and shower. This also comes with great lighting all across this floor. This ground floor also counts with 3 bedrooms. The enormous master bedroom comes with a double bed, 2 wardrobes and even a living area to make the most of it, and, if needed, to be placed an extra bed or crib. Still inside of the master, it’s WC is completed with a bath and plenty of storage space. The 2 remaining bedrooms located on this floor both with 2 single beds and built-in wardrobes. All the bedrooms have great big areas.

Still on the ground floor, this also comes with two big living spaces, one with a fireplace and a stone sofa that sits 6 and the other with 3 comfortable sofas and a full HD TV.

Continuing on the layout we find this beautiful and wide kitchen with all the appliances you may need or want like oven and electric cooktop, a hob, coffee machine, toaster, micro-wave, fridge and even a breakfast table for a day well started. This kitchen opens to a big balcony where you can see the magnificent view while seating.

Dashing ahead, still on the ground floor you find a pleasant laundry room that includes all the cleaning equipment’s as well as a washing machine, an iron and iron board.

Upstairs things get even better, on the first floor the last bedroom is built, this one with a double bed and a full en suite bathroom with a bathtub and most important, this marvelous view. Do not miss it, book now!

If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
