Villa is a wonderful holiday home that’s centrally located in Albufeira, within walking distance of all amenities. With a private heatable swimming pool and just 650m from the nearest beach, this fantastic property is ideal for a relaxing car-free holiday with family and friends.

The property has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and sleeps 8+2 people. Two of the villa’s four bedrooms are found on the first floor, both with en-suite bathrooms and access to a private balcony. On the ground floor is the third bedroom (with direct access to the pool terrace) and a separate bathroom, while the fourth bedroom can be found on the lower floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you may need to prepare meals such as a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The kitchen has direct access to the open plan living / dining room, which has a separate raised dining area with a dining set where you can enjoy family meals. The living area, with sofas, armchairs and a TV, is perfect for spending evenings socializing and watching your favourite TV shows. Both the living and dining areas have large patio doors that lead outside to the pool terrace.

The wonderful pool terrace features a private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra), surrounded by sun loungers on which you can soak up the sun. An outdoor dining set is located under a shaded area with a view of the pool, with a traditional BBQ nearby on which summer meals can be prepared.

Villa benefits from its close proximity to everything you may require for a relaxing holiday: beautiful sandy beaches (Praia dos Alemães only 650 meters away) and shops, bars and restaurants within close walking distance. Locations of interest are the Albufeira Strip (about a 10-minute walk) with all the best bars and nightlife in town and the historic Albufeira Old Town (20-minute walk).

Car hire is not necessary with such an excellent location, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however, this may be flexible in low season).

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.


Standard deposit: €450 | Group deposit: €150 per person (payable by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 2 more persons who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

– Cot for only €21 per week;
– Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform.
