CLEAN & SAFE: In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), our respective cleaning services have introduced new procedures. Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property.

In a privileged location, where you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation with your family or with a group of friends.

Upon entering the property and starting on the ground floor, we can find a service bathroom, 1 double bedroom en-suite (with bath), living room and dining room and also the kitchen.

The living room is in open space with the dining room, there we have a sofa, television and the perfect dining table for your meals, this area also has direct access to the outside area.

Moving on to the kitchen, it is fully equipped with all the utensils as well as the necessary equipment for preparing meals such as stove, oven, fridge (combined with freezer), microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen we also find the laundry room, with washing machine, ironing board and iron, this area has an access door to the outside.

On the first floor we have the remaining 3 bedrooms, 2 of them have 2 single beds and one of these is en-suite (with bathtub), the remaining bedroom has a double bed that also has a private bathroom with bathtub.

Outside the property we find the heated swimming pool (optional extra) and around it the sun loungers so you can relax and sunbathe. In this area you can also find a barbecue and a table to enjoy the best meals with family or friends.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

Standard deposit: € 450 | Group deposit: €150 per person (payable by credit card only).
