An ideal property for young people looking to have fun within walking distance of bars and restaurants, as this house sits a couple of meters from the Albufeira Strip. Sleeping 6 + 4 guests and including a private swimming pool, this villa can provide a perfect, private getaway in the Algarve.

The villa has 3 spacious double bedrooms, all with large built-in wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the third bedroom has a unique feature: a round double bed! The third bathroom with a shower is located just down the corridor.

The interior of the property has an open-space concept and lots of personality, with a fully working bar (with neon lights) on hand for you to show off your bartender moves to your friends while making your favourite cocktails. The living space has a large sectional sofa where you can lounge and enjoy TV shows with an evening drink on the full LED TV (with international channels). The dining area has a large table for enjoying meals with the whole group and is located by the kitchen which has all the appliances and utensils needed for preparing meals, including an electric cooktop, microwave, oven, extractor hood, double door fridge with a water dispenser and a dishwasher.

Outside, you can relax on sun loungers by the large swimming pool, with the option of being able to completely cover the pool area, for protection from the elements. A BBQ and large breakfast table are provided where you can cook and enjoy summer meals outdoors, and the roof terrace provides wonderful views to the ocean that shouldn’t be missed!

The property is located in a residential area just 150m from the Albufeira Strip, and benefits from its close proximity to everything you may require for a relaxing holiday: beautiful sandy beaches (Praia da Oura is the closest) and shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance, in the lively Oura area. The historic Albufeira Old Town is around a 10-minute drive away.

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

Standard deposit: €450 | Group deposit: €150 per person (payable by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 4 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

– Cot for only €21 per week
– Highchair for only €21 per week
– Food Hampers: Small €35 / Medium €45 / Large €55 / Extra Large €65

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform.
