Stunning property located just a short walk from Oura beach, Albufeira, with all the facilities you may want or need during your holidays. All amenities such as supermarkets, liquor and convenience shops, pharmacies and a post office are located nearby. If you’re looking to enjoy the local nightlife, this villa is perfect as it sits just a couple hundred meters from the Strip where all the best bars in the area can be found.

The property sleeps 8+2 people and has 4 bedrooms: 3 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom, as well as 2 full bathrooms and a guest W.C. Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms and in the living room, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

A fully equipped kitchen with lots of storage and all the necessary appliances (such as a kettle, toaster, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine) allows you to prepare family meals during your stay.

The main living space includes a dining area with a table that can be extended/retracted to accommodate the whole group, as well as a TV, a sofa and a cosy nook with a built-in stone bench. A large sliding door provides direct access to the pool area.

Outdoors, the villa provides a fantastic private pool and sun loungers where you can soak up the sun. A barbecue and outdoor dining table allow you to prepare meals on the grill to be enjoyed by the pool. The property is fully fenced to provide privacy.

The property is located in a residential area just 150m from the Albufeira Strip, and benefits from its close proximity to everything you may require for a relaxing holiday: beautiful sandy beaches (Praia da Oura is the closest) and shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance, in the lively Oura area. The historic Albufeira Old Town is around a 10-minute drive away.

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

Standard deposit: €450 | Group deposit: €150 per person (payable by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 2 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

– Cot for only €21 per week
– Highchair for only €21 per week
– Food Hampers: Small €35 / Medium €45 / Large €55 / Extra Large €65

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform.
