Villa Rum Cay is a wonderful 4-bedroom villa sleeping 9+2 people, located in central Oura, Albufeira. Just a couple of meters away from the Albufeira Strip with its renown bars and nightclubs, this property’s unbeatable location is perfect for those who wish to stay in the heart of the city and never skip a fun event.

The property opens onto a spacious kitchen with lots of natural light and all the amenities and appliances you may need during your holidays (toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, hob, oven, standard fridge / freezer, washing machine and a breakfast table).

There are 4 bedrooms: 3 rooms have two twin beds each with built-in wardrobes and one has 3 twin beds. The house is also equipped with 3 bathrooms, two with bathtubs and one with shower only.


Entertainment wise, a full LED TV with international channels is provided in the living room so your favorite TV show won’t be missed while on vacation. This space encompasses both the living and dining rooms, with comfortable sofas and a large dining table with ample seating.

The rental home is equipped with speedy Wi-Fi and air conditioning for both cooling and heating, ensuring a comfortable temperature all year round.

Outside, you can find a tranquil space in which to unwind with a private swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas – allowing you to work on your tan or to relax in the shade. A dining table and a barbecue are also available outside for enjoying summer meals on the grill with family and friends.

Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. Please note that there is no parking on the property, however, you should be able to park just outside.

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**


Standard deposit: €450 | Group deposit: €150 per person (payable by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 9 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 2 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Cot for only €21 per week;
- High chair for only €21 per week;
- Food hampers: Small €35 / Medium €45 / Large €55 / Very Large €65

All extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform, and you must follow the instructions to complete the payment.
