BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations:
Withdrawal without cancellation - “no show”
Failure to appear without prior written notice, on the expected arrival date, will be considered “no-show” (cancellation without cancellation). After this period the reservation will be canceled, making the vacancy available to another interested party. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.
Withdrawal after entry:
The cancellation of the stay after checking in, at the entrance to the Residence, as well as early departure, mainly due to the change of time, or for any other reason WILL NOT GIVE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REFUND OR CREDIT IN CASH NEW DAILY, causing the total loss of the amount paid for the hosting package.
Cancellation
If canceled five days before the arrival date, no penalty will be charged. If canceled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged. If there is a need to cancel the reservation or change the date of the stay, the client must notify the Residence in writing, and cancellations or changes made by telephone will not be accepted. This communication must be sent by fax or e-mail.
Note: The change of reservation dates depends on availability at the Residence.
