This house, acquired in October 2015, is a house inserted in a typical fishing district of Setúbal, a very calm neighborhood, built in 1871.
The whole house has been rehabilitated, maintaining some original parts of the house, and maintaining the original facade of the house, but providing the house with the necessary comfort today, it is a house with a very generous private terrace and with a wonderful view of the city and the river Sado, from all rooms of the house we can enjoy a wonderful view, is located 10 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes from the area of restaurants, bars and transport to the beaches located in the Serra da Arrábida, and the 300 meters from a mini market, pastry shops, pharmacy and health center.
