Cozy and modern 3 bedroom villa located in the village of São Bartolomeu [Costa de Prata - West Zone of Lisbon District / Lourinhã Municipality], in a private condominium [House with an area of about 150 m2], with 2 floors and 2 terraces, 2 WC's, 3 spacious rooms, 4 beds, 1 main room and 1 kitchen. Heating in rooms and electric shutters.
Located about 50 km from Lisbon Airport (Portela) and about 7 km from the Lourinhã bus terminal. However, there are local buses about 100 meters from the house. We recommend own transport for guests. Parking for 3 cars available inside the condo.
Near the house you will find excellent restaurants, bars, clubs, delicious cafes and bakeries, grocery stores and markets with local products, hypermarkets, butchers and fishmongers, banks, hairdressers, spas and beauty salons, bicycle rental, surf shops and schools, Gyms, Yoga and Pharmacies.
On foot (about 7 minutes on foot is at DinoParque - Jurassic Park with 120 life-size Dinosaurs (Theme park with routes through the Cretaceous, Jurassic, Triassic and Paleozoic periods)
