Refurbished in January 2011 with new furniture and a fully equipped kitchen, it is modern and fresh. It is situated in a superb location in the popular holiday resort of the Clube Albufeira family, in the center of the Algarve. You will enjoy the new fully equipped kitchen, complete with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and coffee maker - everything you are likely to need to a pleasant vacation.
The apartment has a spacious living / dining room with patio doors leading to a good sized patio that overlooks landscaped gardens. The gardens and lawns adjacent to the patios offer a place for children to play while they are in full view of the apartment. One of the bedrooms has a new bathroom and there is a second bathroom. The apartment is fully air-conditioned for your comfort during the hot summer months.

It has its own Wi-Fi installation, offering speeds up to 20meg, including most UK televisions and live broadcasts to many films and programs. The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, (one opening onto a patio) 2 bathrooms, in addition to air conditioning in the lounge and in both bedrooms, it will accommodate up to 6 people when using the large sofa bed in the lounge. It is situated in a superb holiday resort in the center of the Algarve. You will enjoy the new fully equipped kitchen, complete with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and coffee maker in fact everything you could need for your perfect vacation. This apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a spacious lounge, dining room, with sliding doors leading to a good-sized patio overlooking the beautiful gardens and perfectly manicured lawns. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a private bathroom and its own patio, as well as a second family bathroom.
ABOUT THE COMPLEX: Ideal for any time of the year. Clube Albufeira has four large swimming pools one heated complete with supervised children's pool all within 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Each pool area has its own excellent restaurant or snack and all within a very short distance. There are four restaurants beside the pool, offering a wide selection of menus from breakfast to dinner in the evening. plus mini golf course and swings. The commercial center of the Algarve with hypermarket, cinema, bowling, variety of shops and restaurants are within walking distance as well as the beautiful beaches of Albufeira, there is a free bus four times a day to the picturesque old town, but it is still within a reasonable walking distance. Taxis to and from the old town are approximately 4 euros and can be booked at reception. Many world-class golf courses are within a 20- to 40-minute drive.
