The House is located in a small village, Carcavelos, where nature dominates with ample green spaces, just 5 km from the town of Soure, 20 km from the university city of Coimbra and 35 km from Leiria/Fátima.
It is located between the mountains and the sea (Serra de Sicó and Lousã) and close to a coastline with beautiful beaches, from the city of Figueira da Foz to Osso da Baleia.
Also nearby you can visit the Castle of Montemor-O-Velho, the river beach of Ereira located on the Mondego river, as well as the rice fields as far as the eye can see.
The house has an incredible and totally private swimming pool overlooking the lake, waterfall and gardens with centenary oaks, olive trees and vineyards, where you can go for walks or just relax. All this with total privacy and exclusively for guests.
