The changeover day for this property is set on Saturday and the minimum stay is 7 nights (and / or multiples of 7 nights).
It is a fantastic family-sized holiday home, located in the village of Ferreiras (close to the Albufeira / Ferreiras train station). With a spectacular outdoor space, which includes a garden, a barbecue and a private fenced pool, and located just a few minutes walk from restaurants and supermarkets, this charming property is an excellent option for families with young children looking for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The property has 4 double rooms, 3 of them with a double bed and 1 with two single beds, as well as two bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, ironing board and iron. Separated from the kitchen by an archway, is the living / dining room, equipped with TV, DVD player and sofas.
The property is completely walled and fenced, and located in a quiet residential area in the countryside.
The pool, facing south, is at the rear of the house, with a comfortable seating area, and where the barbecue is, for your meals outdoors with family or friends. In this space you will also find a support kitchen.
The town of Ferreiras is a short walk away, where you can find all amenities such as restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets.
The charming village of Guia, with its restaurants, famous for their Frango da Guia (grilled chicken with spicy sauce), banks and bakeries, is located just a few minutes by car, as well as Algarve Shopping, one of the largest in the Algarve, where you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
The Salgados golf course, the nature reserve with a lagoon, and the footbridge where you can do bird watching are located a short drive away, as well as the beautiful beaches of Salgados, São Lourenço and São Rafael.
The City of Albufeira, with its colorful marina, the charming historic center, Praia dos Pescadores and the downtown / Strip, are a 10-minute drive away.

Standard deposit: € 350 | Group deposit: € 150 per person (paid by credit card only).
We provide extras that meet your needs:
