This is a cosy one-bedroom apartment in the beautiful complex of Bella Vista Avenida, Albufeira. With shared swimming pools, well-kept gardens and boasting an incredibly central location within walking distance to all amenities, this apartment is a great choice for a relaxing holiday.

The bright open-plan living area includes a lounge, dining area and kitchenette, inviting you to relax on the comfortable sofas or enjoy a drink on the adjoining balcony. The kitchenette is fully equipped for home-cooking, with a dishwasher, coffee machine, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, and kettle, as well as a washing machine. Meals can either be enjoyed indoors or outdoors on the balcony.

The bedroom has 2 single beds, a vanity table with a mirror and plenty of clothes storage, while the full bathroom has a bathtub with an overhead shower.

The apartment can accommodate 4+1 people and includes free Wi-Fi and satellite TV channels. It is located on the first floor and can be accessed by stairs or elevator.

In this beautiful complex, you will have access to a large outdoor swimming pool and a smaller swimming pool for children, surrounded by lawned gardens.

The apartment benefits from an excellent location in Albufeira and is just a few minutes’ walk from a shopping center, supermarkets, banks, a variety of restaurants and bars, and is about a 15-minute walk from beautiful sandy beaches.

Public parking is available outside and around the apartment building. Car hire is not necessary/needed however if you want to hire a car, we can help you.


The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **

Standard deposit: €230 | Groups deposit: €150 per person (paid by credit card only).

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Papa's chair for only €21 per week;
- Food hampers: Small €35 / Medium €45 / Large €55 / Very Large €65

All extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks before your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform, and you must follow the instructions to complete the payment.
