It is located 200 meters from the Casa da Música taxi, metro and bus station.
By metro you can go anywhere. The downtown is just 10 minutes away, the train station 15 minutes and the airport 23 minutes.
If you come by car, there is a free parking space.
Quiet neighborhood, green spaces, with no traffic at the door.
Small and cozy apartment. Ideal for a couple with children.
Bedroom with a 1.5m double bed and living room with a 1.4m sofa bed.
Dining table, cable TV and Wifi.
Complete bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer and straightening iron. In addition to the basics, we provide shampoo and shower gel.

Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Parking in front of the building or garage for 1 free car 10 meters from the building.
The guest has access to the entire apartment. The use of the garage is free, but requires a deposit of € 50 for the remote and key that will be returned at Check out. The use of the garage must be requested at check-in.
I offer tea, coffee and something to eat and drink.
I offer some pads for washing machines and cleaning detergents.
For stays longer than 3 nights, I provide additional towels.
For long-term stays, cleaning is done per week, and clean sheets and towels will be provided. This service will be carried out during the week and at a time to be arranged.
The apartment has individual heaters for added comfort.
The apartment is in a quiet area, with green spaces and 200 meters from the Casa da Música metro station and the Casa da Música show space.
Minipreço Supermarket is 200 meters away, as well as an organic supermarket. At 500 meters there is a Pingo doce.
At 200 meters there is a Pizzeria and an Egyptian Bar.
At Casa da Musica station it is possible to take metro and bus to visit all of Porto and its surroundings (Gaia, Povoa de Varzim,…). There is also a metro connection between Casa da Música station and the Airport, as well as a metro connection to Campanhã station to catch the train.
At Casa da Musica bus station International buses arrive and depart.
