This house is built with the latest comfort stantards and with the guests' well-being in mind.
It has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, barbecue, furniture and modern decor.
In the rooms you have the pleasure of having a view over the sea, it has a billiard room with a balcony and a view over our beautiful blue sea.
There is a laundry room, with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
All linen and towels are provided, including pool towels.
Outside there is a garden, with a beautiful green lawn, a swimming pool with an excellent view and a superb sun exposure, where you can enjoy seeing one of the most beautiful things we have that is the sunset overlooking the beautiful sea, a huge barbecue equipped with everything you need from TV, free and unlimited internet, fireplace, at the barbecue you can be enjoying your meals with sea and mountain views.

Less than 5 minutes by car (approximately 4 km away) will take you to the resort of the city of Calheta, which, with its golden man-made beaches, is popular with tourists and locals.
The capital of Funchal, 30 minutes by car - 25km
Cristiano Ronaldo International Airport, 55 minutes by car.

In Calheta you will find a beautiful marina and a good choice of bars and restaurants. And with a lot of choice of supermarkets.
Calheta is famous for producing the best white rum "Aguardente", a special ingredient of the typical Madeiran drink "Poncha". If you are interested in knowing how white rum is made, we recommend a visit to the rum distillery “Engenho da Calheta”, where you can stroll and taste the products including the famous cake and honey cakes.
Centro das Artes Casa das Mudas is a new center located on the edge of a cliff overlooking the sea and was built to host superb art exhibitions, musical performances and other events.
